01 // The Context

Dataguard USA had grown from a small startup into a national organization, but much of the company's public-facing presence naturally focused on its services and technology.

Who We Are was created to show another side of the company: the people behind it.

The series introduced members of Dataguard's leadership team through short-form profiles that combined their professional responsibilities with the interests, experiences, and personalities they brought to the organization.

02 // The Concept

Rather than producing traditional executive profiles centered exclusively on roles and accomplishments, each installment paired professional perspective with personal details.

From scuba diving and ice hockey to family and the things that drive them, the contrast helped make each profile feel less like a corporate biography and more like an introduction

03 // The Series

Together, the five profiles created a broader portrait of Dataguard through the people responsible for leading it.

04 // The Approach

The series used a consistent format across profiles while allowing each subject to shape the story.

Professional responsibilities established each person's role within the organization, while personal questions and details provided a more informal view of the individual behind the title. Together, the five profiles created a broader portrait of Dataguard through the people responsible for leading it.

05 // My Role

I was involved throughout the series' development, helping shape the concept and format before supporting production, filming, editing, and distribution.

Working across five individual profiles required maintaining a consistent identity for the series while allowing each leader's personality and perspective to remain the focus.

06 // The Result

Who We Are became a five-part leadership series that gave Dataguard a more personal way to introduce the people behind the organization.

Together, the films documented different functions, personalities, and perspectives across the company's leadership team while creating a consistent piece of employer and brand storytelling.
